Classes
Several times daily we make food choices that influence our health for better or worse. Over time our choices can either promote a long and healthy life or contribute to chronic diseases. BNA offers several options to help you make smarter food choices, understand food claims and labels, and simplify food preparation.
Hands-On Workshops
In just a few hours you can learn healthy cooking skills that will last a life time. Our hands-on classes give you an opportunity to work closely with the instructor using your own cooking equipment and appliances. Classes are customized to your tastes, space and equipment available, or medical needs.
Demonstrations
Ideal for large groups, demonstrations can be conducted in most any facility with adequate space. The topics range from meals in less than 30 minutes to specific nutrition needs such as food allergies, celiac, or diabetes. Recipes and food samples are provided in sessions tailored to meet your needs.
In-Home Dinner Parties
For smaller groups, in-home parties offer an excellent venue to learn new recipes and skills. Relax in your home with friends and we bring the show to you! Plan your menu according to a particular cuisine or a range of courses from appetizers to dessert. Please contact us for menu ideas and pricing.
